Chairman and Director
Mr. Garden is a Queen's Counsel with more than 38 years of experience in his primary areas of practice: natural resources law; labour and employment law; and administrative law. Mr. Garden has served as general counsel for Uranerz Exploration and Mining Ltd. and for 32 years served as Secretary / Legal Counsel for the Key Lake Uranium Joint Venture and Cigar Lake Joint Venture. Mr. Garden served as President & CEO of Golden Band Resources from October 2011 to February 2013 and as a Director of Golden Band from 2004 to February 2013. Mr. Garden's educational background and operational experience provide him with an understanding of accounting principles and experience to understand relevant financial issues and appropriate internal controls and procedures.

Chief Executive Officer
Penny has over 30 years of corporate experience, including 15 years with Mindoro from 1996 to 2011, when she served in a variety of executive positions, with primary responsibility for establishing high standards of corporate governance and shareholder relations. When Mindoro's head office relocated to Melbourne in 2011, Penny left the company, but continued to provide corporate support on a consulting basis. With Mindoro's return to Canada, Penny rejoined the Mindoro team to assist with liaising with shareholders and advancing Mindoro's corporate objectives. Penny is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Clayton Northey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Mr. Northey has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mindoro since July 2012. Clayton joined the Company in 2007 as an Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller and moved to Melbourne, Australia following the Edmonton office closure in September 2011 before being further promoted to CFO.

Vice President Operations
Edsel joined Mindoro's Philippine subsidiary, MRL Nickel Phils, Inc., as one of its pioneer employees in 1997. As Vice President for Mindoro's Philippine operating subsidiary, Edsel played a major role in managing exploration and sustainability programs. His negotiating and relationship-building skills played a key role in Mindoro's success in acquiring a large portfolio of promising projects and setting Mindoro in the forefront as a successful socially and environmentally conscious explorer in the Philippines., He did that while achieving a high level of integration and cooperation with local communities which will smooth the way to production. Edsel's appointment as VP Operations of parent corporation Mindoro recognizes the important role he will play in the Company's operations as they come to fruition.

Mr. James is a geologist and business executive with over 45 years of technical and financial experience in the natural resource sector. His work has taken him throughout North America, Africa and Asia where he has held senior positions in both oil and gas and mining companies. Mr. James has served as the Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of TVI Pacific Inc. from January 1987 to present. Mr James is also Chairman of TVI Resource Development, Phils Inc., a position he has held since 1994 to present. He spearheaded TVI's activities in the Philippines and is responsible for bringing on stream the Canatuan project, the first foreign funded, modern, full-scale producing mine in the Philippines since the passage of the Mining Act in 1995.
|Lawrence Nagy, B.A. Geology|
Mr. Nagy has over 36 years of experience with the mineral resource industry. He obtained a B.A. degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan in 1966 before spending the next 16 years working for Cominco Ltd. on projects in western Canada and Australia. He was a was a founding director and Past President of several listed companies, including Delaware Resources Ltd., Calpine Resources Ltd., Oliver Gold Corp , Brett Resources Ltd., and Loki Gold Corp. He was also a co-founder of Keewatin Engineering Ltd., a Vancouver-based geological consulting company responsible for managing exploration projects worldwide. Larry currently serves as Chairman and CEO of Damara Gold Corp, a junior exploration company focused on gold exploration in Namibia, and is a Director and Executive Chairman of Colorado Resources Ltd., which is focused on exploring for Au-Cu deposits in BC. Larry provides broad international mineral exploration experience through his past management of a variety of successful junior resource companies.
|Geocel D Olanday, MBA, CPA (Philippines)|
Mr. Olanday has an extensive business and financial background in the Philippines. As CEO of Amaris Global, he provides financial and business development advisory services to ventures in the real estate, mining and health care industries, among others. Mr. Olanday also serves as the COO of the Philippines' Habitat for Humanity's Housing Project Development Group and is a part-time member of the faculty of the College of St. Benilde. Mr. Olanday's previous engagements have included Project Consultant for Argosy Partners, Inc., a financial advisory firm active throughout Asia; President of Citibank Securities (a member of the Philippine Stock Exchange); and President and COO of various companies within the M.B. Villar Group of Companies. Mr. Olanday received his MBA and BSBA from the University of the Philippines, he is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Philippines).
|Federico C. Zarate Jr., MBA, CPA (Philippines)|
Mr. Zarate, a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines), obtained his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. His distinguished career in the Philippines has encompassed extensive senior financial experience with large and multinational firms, including Jardine Davies, Inc., Dynacraft International, Inc., and, most recently, Philippine Electric Corporation, where he served as Vice President and Treasurer.
