|Clifford M. James|
Mr. James has been a director of Mindoro since 2012 and is a geologist and business executive with over 40 years of technical and financial experience in the natural resource sector throughout North America, Africa and Asia. Mr. James is currently the Chairman, President and CEO of TVI Pacific Inc. and Chairman of TVI Resource Development (Phils.) Inc. ("TVIRD"). Both companies have been active in the Philippines since 1993 and Mr. James was responsible for leading the team that brought on stream the first foreign-funded, modern, full-scale producing mine in the Philippines since the passage of the Mining Act in 1995. As Chairman of TVIRD, which is the operator and 60% owner of AMVI, Mr. James has been instrumental in advancing the Agata nickel laterite DSO operations into commercial production and overseeing its current operations.
Mr. Santos is a Certified Public Accountant in the Philippines with over 20 years of experience in the mining, audit, construction, and commercial and residential development sectors in the Philippines. He currently serves as Vice President, Business Development for TVI Pacific Inc. and was previously the Chief Financial Officer for TVI Resource Development (Phils.) Inc. from 2004 to 2014. Before that, Mr. Santos held positions with a number of multinational companies including Guoco Holdings (of Hong Leong Malaysia) and Bilfinger + Berger Phils (the Philippine arm of German construction company Bilfinger Germany). Mr. Santos graduated with latin honors (cum laude) and class salutatorian from San Beda College in Manila, the Philippines.

Chief Financial Officer & Corporate Secretary
Clayton Northey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Mr. Northey has been the Chief Financial Officer of Mindoro since July 2012. Clayton joined the Company in 2007 as an Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller and moved to Melbourne, Australia following the Edmonton office closure in September 2011 before being further promoted to CFO.

Edsel joined Mindoro's Philippine subsidiary, MRL Nickel Phils, Inc., as one of its pioneer employees in 1997. As Vice President for Mindoro's Philippine operating subsidiary, Edsel played a major role in managing exploration and sustainability programs. His negotiating and relationship-building skills played a key role in Mindoro's success in acquiring a large portfolio of promising projects and setting Mindoro in the forefront as a successful socially and environmentally conscious explorer in the Philippines., He did that while achieving a high level of integration and cooperation with local communities which will smooth the way to production. Edsel's appointment as VP Operations of parent corporation Mindoro recognizes the important role he will play in the Company's operations as they come to fruition.
|Geocel D Olanday, MBA, CPA (Philippines)|
Mr. Olanday has an extensive business and financial background in the Philippines. As CEO of Amaris Global, he provides financial and business development advisory services to ventures in the real estate, mining and health care industries, among others. Mr. Olanday also serves as the COO of the Philippines' Habitat for Humanity's Housing Project Development Group and is a part-time member of the faculty of the College of St. Benilde. Mr. Olanday's previous engagements have included Project Consultant for Argosy Partners, Inc., a financial advisory firm active throughout Asia; President of Citibank Securities (a member of the Philippine Stock Exchange); and President and COO of various companies within the M.B. Villar Group of Companies. Mr. Olanday received his MBA and BSBA from the University of the Philippines, he is a Certified Public Accountant (Philippines) and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Directors (Philippines).

Mr. de los Santos brings with him more than 15 years of mining experience in the Philippine concrete aggregates industry as the President and General Manager of Angat Rockbase Concrete Aggregates, Inc. from 1996 to 2011. Prior to that, he spent more than 28 years in the Philippine financial and banking sector with Optimum Development Bank and Citibank NA holding a variety of positions, including Executive Vice President and Compliance Officer from 2002 to 2011 at Optimum Development Bank. Mr. de los Santos obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines and his Masters in Business Administration from Ateneo De Manila University.

Mr. Zarate, a non-practising Certified Public Accounting in the Philippines, obtained his Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Santo Tomas, Philippines. His distinguished career in the Philippines has encompassed extensive senior financial experience with large and multinational firms, including Jardine Davies, Inc., Dynacraft International, Inc., and, most recently, Philippine Electric Corporation, where he served as Vice President and Treasurer.
