| | | A. Robson Garden, Q.C., B.A., LL.B.
Chairman of the Board and Director
Mr. Garden was a senior partner with the law firm MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman for many years and is now counsel to that firm. He has more than 32 years of experience in his primary areas of practice: natural resources law; labour and employment law; and administrative law. He has extensive experience in the mining industry, having served as general counsel for Uranerz Exploration and Mining Ltd., a major German mining corporation, where he negotiated a number of exploration joint venture agreements with major international corporations. He also negotiated a number of commercial contracts relating to the construction of the Key Lake uranium mine and mill in northern Saskatchewan. Mr. Garden has acted as corporate secretary to several corporations and mining joint ventures. He currently serves as corporate secretary to the Management Committee of the Cigar Lake Joint Venture and as a director of Golden Band Resources, a Canadian exploration company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Mr. Garden is a member of the Alberta and Saskatchewan Bars. In recognition of his abilities as an advocate and negotiator, he was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1992.

| | | Tony Climie, B.Sc., P.Geol.
CEO, COO and Director
Mr. Climie is a hands-on, field oriented geologist with over 35 years of international mineral exploration experience in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United States, Africa, Central and Southeast Asia.
In 1996, Mr. Climie co-founded Mindoro Resources Ltd. and has been spearheading and managing its exploration programs in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Previous to his work with Mindoro, Mr. Climie spent three years as Vice President Exploration with Uranerz Group developing and managing international uranium, diamond and gold exploration programs. His work led to the discovery evaluation of gold deposits in Canada and the United States, including the Nike/Concord deposit in Nevada.
Mr. Climie also spent two years consulting in Canada and the United States and six years as Exploration Manager of CEGB Exploration (Canada).
In his seven years as Chief Geologist/Exploration Manager of AGIP Canada minerals division, Mr. Climie managed the discovery and evaluation of the Mt. Skukum gold mine in the Yukon, the Wolf Lake uranium deposit in Saskatchewan and the Damp polymetallic deposit in the Northwest Territories. He was also instrumental in the acquisition of interest in the pre-discovery McArthur River uranium project in Saskatchewan.
Mr. Climie's other work includes four years with Noranda in Canada as Project Geologist/District Geologist where he directly participated in the discovery of the Mazenod Lake copper-cobalt deposit in the Northwest Territories; four years with Noranda in Australia, where he directly participated in discovering the Koongarra uranium deposit in the Northern Territory; two years in New Zealand with a government agency and a junior mining company.
Mr. Climie has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.

President and Corporate Secretary
Penny Gould has been with Mindoro since 1996 and during that time has held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, before assuming her current position of President. With over 20 years of corporate development experience, Penny has played an integral role in managing Mindoro's growth and development, and assisting in raising over $15 million for the company through equity financings. Supplementing her business management experience, Penny holds an education degree from the University of Alberta, specializing in business education, and is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute.

Mr. Lau is currently Vice President, Corporate Finance of Baron Group Canada. Mr. Lau is an experienced investment banking professional who has conducted transactions in initial public offerings, reverse takeovers, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and various advisory services. Aside from his practice in corporate finance, Mr. Lau also has experience as a finance executive in publicly traded companies. His industry practice involves developing financing strategy, liaising with external parties, devising business development plans and maintaining compliance with corporate governance. Mr. Lau is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder and has a Master degree in Finance and a Bachelor degree in Business Administration at Simon Fraser University.

Director
Mr. Reyes is a distinguished and highly respected businessman with 42 years of business management experience in the Philippines and the United Kingdom. He held a variety of executive positions with the Shell group, including Chairman and Chief Executive of the Shell companies in the Philippines. Mr. Reyes was President of Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation; a Managing Director of Shell Exploration B.V., which brought the large offshore Malampaya gas project into production in 2001; and Area Finance Adviser for South America and Regional Planning Adviser for the Western Hemisphere and Africa Region of Shell International Petroleum Corporation. He also presently holds directorships in a number of major Philippine companies including Sun Life of Canada Philippines, Inc., Philippine Long Distance Telephone Co., Bank of the Philippine Islands, Manila Water Co. and Pepsi Cola Product Phils. Inc.
Mr. Reyes has a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from Ateneo de Manila, the Philippines, and completed the Program for Management Development at Harvard Business School.

A graduate of the University of Saskatchewan, Doug Frondall is a Chartered Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Management Consultant and Certified Valuation Analyst with 16 years of experience in public practice. He has been a partner with Virtus Group LLP in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan since 1993 and is currently CEO of Virtus. Mr. Frondall has a professional concentration in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and business advisory services He frequently addresses business people and professionals on tax planning, general business advisory and management consulting issues.
Mr. Frondall's professional membership affiliations include the Canadian and Saskatchewan Institute of Chartered Accountants, The National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, The Canadian Association of Certified Management Consultants and the Society of Management Accountants of Saskatchewan.

Robert Sarcher received his Master of Business Administration from the Sparkassenakademie Bayern, Germany. He spent 17 years as an investment consultant with the Stadtsparkasse Augsburg bank, where he was responsible for key account clients, German market research and the investment strategy of the bank. During this time, Mr. Sarcher was a recurring a guest lecturer on investment strategies at the Sparkassenakademie Bayern.
In 1996, Mr. Sarcher started financial.de, one of the first German websites providing continuous financial news for private investors over the Internet. Today, financial.de is one of the leading independent financial news sources in Germany. He founded financial.de.AG in 1998, providing investor relations services to German and foreign companies. | | | Mr. John Tosney, M.Sc., P.Eng.
Director
Mr. Tosney has extensive experience in the development of gold projects, being involved in feasibility studies, environmental assessments, licensing, construction, operations, and early decommissioning at the Star Lake, Jasper, and Contact Lake mines in Saskatchewan. Mr. Tosney's leadership skills and technical expertise have taken him from Saskatchewan Mining Development Corporation (1981) to senior management positions with Cameco Corporation, President of Cigar Lake Mining Corporation, and Executive Vice President of COGEMA Resources Inc. (Areva Group). Mr. Tosney currently serves as a director of Golden Band Resources and as Executive Advisor at Areva Resources Canada Inc.
In addition to his engineering expertise, John has also for many years played a leading role as an industry representative on many committees dealing with mine development issues. In recognition of his career, John received the 2005 Outstanding Achievement Award by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan.
Mr. Tosney holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mining Engineering from Nottingham University and an M.Sc. in Management Studies from Durham University.

Jon Dugdale is the President of Asian Lion Limited and a member of the management team of Lion Manager Pty Ltd. ("the Lion Manager). Since graduating as a geologist with first class honours from the University of Melbourne in 1986 Jon has 22 years mining and investment experience in Australia and the Asian region. This includes 7 years with Western Mining Corporation (WMC), 12 years with Mining Project Investors (MPI) and Leviathan Resources and the last 3 years with Lion/Asian Lion.
With MPI from 1993 to 2004 Jon was associated with a number of exploration discoveries made by the MPI exploration team, including Silver Swan nickel deposit in WA and Golden Gift in Stawell, Victoria. The takeover of MPI Mines saw Jon move to Leviathan Resources as Manager Exploration, responsible for building and managing the exploration portfolio in SE Australia, before joining Asian Lion and the Lion Manager in 2006.
Asian Lion is a private equity fund, formed in 2006, that provides capital for development projects, feasibility studies and advanced exploration in junior mining companies active in Asia. The fund is managed by the Lion Manager, which is also the manager of the African Lion funds and is managed from Lion Selection's Melbourne office. Asian Lion's fund is currently US$34.2 million and its shareholders include Lion Selection, the IFC (the World Bank's investment arm), PROPARCO (French Development Bank), ABN AMRO, Altitude Investment Company, and Atlas Financial International.
