Chairman of the Board and Director
Mr. Garden was a senior partner with the law firm MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman for many years and is now counsel to that firm. He has more than 32 years of experience in his primary areas of practice: natural resources law; labour and employment law; and administrative law. He has extensive experience in the mining industry, having served as general counsel for Uranerz Exploration and Mining Ltd., a major German mining corporation, where he negotiated a number of exploration joint venture agreements with major international corporations. He also negotiated a number of commercial contracts relating to the construction of the Key Lake uranium mine and mill in northern Saskatchewan. Mr. Garden has acted as corporate secretary to several corporations and mining joint ventures. He currently serves as corporate secretary to the Management Committee of the Cigar Lake Joint Venture and as a director of Golden Band Resources, a Canadian exploration company based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Mr. Garden is a member of the Alberta and Saskatchewan Bars. In recognition of his abilities as an advocate and negotiator, he was appointed Queen's Counsel in 1992.
|Tony Climie, B.Sc., P.Geol.,|
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Climie is a hands-on, field oriented geologist with over 35 years of international mineral exploration experience in New Zealand, Australia, Canada, United States, Africa, Central and Southeast Asia.
In 1996, Mr. Climie co-founded Mindoro Resources Ltd. and has been spearheading and managing its exploration programs in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Previous to his work with Mindoro, Mr. Climie spent three years as Vice President Exploration with Uranerz Group developing and managing international uranium, diamond and gold exploration programs. His work led to the discovery evaluation of gold deposits in Canada and the United States, including the Nike/Concord deposit in Nevada.
Mr. Climie also spent two years consulting in Canada and the United States and six years as Exploration Manager of CEGB Exploration (Canada).
In his seven years as Chief Geologist/Exploration Manager of AGIP Canada minerals division, Mr. Climie managed the discovery and evaluation of the Mt. Skukum gold mine in the Yukon, the Wolf Lake uranium deposit in Saskatchewan and the Damp polymetallic deposit in the Northwest Territories. He was also instrumental in the acquisition of interest in the pre-discovery McArthur River uranium project in Saskatchewan.
Mr. Climie's other work includes four years with Noranda in Canada as Project Geologist/District Geologist where he directly participated in the discovery of the Mazenod Lake copper-cobalt deposit in the Northwest Territories; four years with Noranda in Australia, where he directly participated in discovering the Koongarra uranium deposit in the Northern Territory; two years in New Zealand with a government agency and a junior mining company.
Mr. Climie has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) degree from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand.
CFO & Corporate Secretary
Clayton holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, Canada. Clayton joined the Company in 2007 as an Accountant and was promoted to Financial Controller and moved to Melbourne, Australia following the Edmonton office closure in September 2011.

Executive Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Director
Penny has over 30 years of corporate experience, including 15 years with Mindoro from 1996 to 2011, when she served in a variety of executive positions, with primary responsibility for establishing high standards of corporate governance and shareholder relations. When Mindoro's head office relocated to Melbourne in 2011, Penny left the company, but continued to provide corporate support on a consulting basis. With Mindoro's return to Canada, Penny rejoined the Mindoro team to assist with liaising with shareholders and advancing Mindoro's corporate objectives. Penny is a member of the Canadian Society of Corporate Secretaries and the International Association of Business Communicators.

Vice President Operations
Edsel joined Mindoro's Philippine subsidiary, MRL Nickel Phils, Inc., as one of its pioneer employees in 1997. As Vice President for Mindoro's Philippine operating subsidiary, Edsel played a major role in managing exploration and sustainability programs. His negotiating and relationship-building skills played a key role in Mindoro's success in acquiring a large portfolio of promising projects and setting Mindoro in the forefront as a successful socially and environmentally conscious explorer in the Philippines., He did that while achieving a high level of integration and cooperation with local communities which will smooth the way to production. Edsel's appointment as VP Operations of parent corporation Mindoro recognizes the important role he will play in the Company's operations as they come to fruition.
|Clifford M. James|
Mr. Clifford M. James, President and CEO of TVI Pacific Inc., is a geologist and business executive with over 40 years of technical and financial experience in the natural resource sector. His work has taken him throughout North America, Africa and Asia where he has held senior positions in both oil and gas and mining companies. Since 1993, Mr. James has spearheaded TVI's activities in the Philippines and he is responsible for bringing on stream the Canatuan project, the first foreign funded, modern, full-scale producing mine in the Philippines since the passage of the Mining Act in 1995. His tireless efforts continue to drive TVI's commitment to transparent, environmentally responsible mining practices that bring sustainable development to the company's host communities. Mr. James currently serves as a Director for Foyson Resources Limited, a Papua New Guinea focused mineral exploration company. Mr. James also currently serves as a Director for Mindoro Resources Ltd., an Alberta incorporated company engaged in mining exploration in the Philippines.
|Lawrence Nagy, B.A. Geology|
Mr. Nagy has over 36 years of experience with the mineral resource industry. He obtained a B.A. degree in Geology from the University of Saskatchewan in 1966 before spending the next 16 years working for Cominco Ltd. on projects in western Canada and Australia. He was a was a founding director and Past President of several listed companies, including Solomon Resources Ltd., Oliver Gold Corp , Brett Resources Ltd., and Loki Gold Corp. He was also a co-founder of Keewatin Engineering Ltd., a Vancouver-based geological consulting company responsible for managing exploration projects worldwide.
Larry currently serves as President of Golden Ridge Resources and Executive Chairman of Colorado Resources Ltd. Larry provides broad international mineral exploration experience through his past management of a variety of successful junior resource companies.
